Position Côte d'Ivoire as the #1 investment destination.

The 2026 edition of the CINAB Forum presents the priorities of the National Development Plan 2026–2030, the country's major structural projects, and the business opportunities offered to North American investors.

/ II — The National Development Plan
NDP 2026–2030

The National Development Plan — the roadmap to sustainable growth.

The NDP 2026–2030 sets Côte d'Ivoire's course toward upper-middle-income status: industrialization, agri-processing, energy transition, digital infrastructure, human capital. It is deliberately ambitious — and deliberately capital-intensive.

Public financing alone cannot deliver it. The Plan is built on a structural assumption: the majority of the investment required must come from the private sector — domestic champions, foreign direct investors, institutional capital, development finance.

The CINAB Forum was created to make that priority explicit. It exists to bring the NDP's sectoral roadmap, structural projects, and reform pipeline directly in front of the private capital that will underwrite them.
