/ 02 — Governance

A joint mandate.

One shared mandate — every commitment made at the Forum carries the weight of the Ivorian State.

01

La Primature

Government coordination anchor. The Prime Minister's Office mobilizes participating ministries and anchors the Forum within the national economic promotion agenda.

02

Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Ministère d'État, Ministère des Affaires Étrangères et de la Coopération Internationale — provides diplomatic oversight, bilateral coordination with U.S., Canadian and Mexican counterparts, and hosts the MoU secretariat.

03

Ministry of Economy, Finance & Budget

Financial oversight of SPECI. The Ministry aligns the Forum with the National Development Plan 2026–2030 investment priorities and ensures fiscal accountability of every institutional commitment.

04

CCI-CI · Chamber of Commerce & Industry

Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Côte d'Ivoire — represents the Ivorian private sector, mobilizes domestic enterprises and sector federations, and channels business opportunities from the National Development Plan directly to the delegate community.

05

BRVM · Capital markets partner

West Africa's regional stock exchange, mobilizing UEMOA capital markets to finance the NDP 2026–2030 investment agenda and expand access to bankable Ivorian opportunities for international investors.

06

SPECI · Convener & operator

Runs the Forum end-to-end: delegate curation, program design, B2B & B2G matchmaking, MoU secretariat, and post-Forum investor follow-through across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
